On June 24, 2021, Entente Law PLLC filed a class action lawsuit against Apple Washington LLC dba “Applebee’s Neighborhood Bar and Grill” on behalf of Plaintiff Shannan L. Rowe and all Servers employed in Washington State since June 24, 2018. The lawsuit alleges that Applebee’s unlawfully confiscated tips and failed to pay additional wages required by Washington law when servers did not receive rest periods or worked greater than three consecutive hours without a rest period.
