The Rock Wood Fired Pizza - Smith v. Wedge
Settled for $750,000 on January 5th, 2024!
In December 2021 Entente Law filed a class action lawsuit against The Wedge Corporation dba The Rock Wood Fired Pizza & Spirits for failing to compensate servers and other staff members for additional of ten minutes for each instance it required them to work greater than three consecutive hours. In addition, Wedge Corporation workers frequently were unable to take their meal periods between the second and fifth hour. Wedge Corporation also failed to compensate workers for the tips and gratuities left for them by customers.
