In December 2021 Entente Law filed a class action lawsuit American Behavioral Health Systems, Inc. for failing to compensate staff members for all hours worked and additional of ten minutes for each instance it required them to work greater than three consecutive hours. In addition, American Behavioral Health Systems, Inc. workers frequently were unable to take their meal periods between the second and fifth hour. American Behavioral Health Systems, Inc. also failed to compensate workers for the answering of after-hour text, emails and overtime.
