SETTLED FOR $3.8 MILLION
In March 2022 Entente Law filed a class action lawsuit against Willamette Dental group for failing to compensate dental assistants and other staff members for additional of ten minutes for each instance it required them to work greater than three consecutive hours. In addition, Willamette workers frequently were unable to take their meal periods between the second and fifth hour.
