In June 2022 Entente Law filed a class action lawsuit against Avila-Sorenson, Inc.for failing to compensate workers for hours worked and spent traveling to and from jobs at the prevailing wage. In addition, Avila-Sorenson, Inc. workers frequently worked over 8 hours a day on public work jobs, while missing rest periods for additional of ten minutes for each instance it required them to work greater than three consecutive hours.
