In December 2021 Entente Law filed a class action lawsuit against Foundation Partners Group, LLC for failing to compensate servers and other staff members for additional of ten minutes for each instance it required them to work greater than three consecutive hours. In addition, Foundation Partners Group, LLC workers frequently were unable to take their meal periods between the second and fifth hour. Foundation Partners Group, LLC workers’ wages were also deducted in amounts greater than one-half the amount workers were required to pay for medical benefits.
