Jim has coached youth football and baseball for more than seven years. He is currently the offensive coordinator for the 8th Grade Ballou Jr. High football team in Puyallup. Like football and baseball, Jim believes employment law is also a team effort.

Prior to forming Entente, Jim held positions as Chief Financial Officer and General Legal Counsel for various corporate entities. He knows how companies think concerning the treatment of employees.
