Chick-Fil-A
In 2022 Entente Law filed a class action lawsuit against Chick-Fil-A for failing to compensate restaurant workers for additional of ten minutes for each instance it required them to work greater than three consecutive hours. In addition, Chick-Fil-A workers at the Fircrest and Tacoma locations frequently were unable to take their meal periods between the second and fifth hour.
